You'll fall under the spell of this beautiful 71m² 3P on the 2nd and top floor in a quiet residential area suitable for the disabled, with seasonal swimming pool and pétanque court.  
  
Tourist tax, 3 stars: 2.28€ per night and per adult  
Deposit 700€ by bank pre-authorisation except with Airbnb  
You will be asked to sign a contract at the time of booking.  
  
Final cleaning included.  
Optional linen 60€ per stay for all tenants.  
For more than 3 weeks, additional cleaning and/or linen is possible.  
Free baby equipment on request.  
  
You will be welcomed on site by the manager while respecting the barrier gestures.  
  
Complete steam disinfection of the accommodation between each tenant. We are very demanding about the cleanliness of our property.  
  
This accommodation can accommodate up to 4 adults and has a large swimming pool, petanque area, with private terrace (electric barbecue available) 2 large bright bedrooms with beds (2x80x200 electric and 140x200) and en-suite shower room. Private parking. Shops nearby but car recommended.  
  
Antibes Juan-les-Pins is located between Nice and Cannes, not far from the inland villages and around a hundred kilometres from the ski resorts. Today, as the leading town in the Sophia-Antipolis European technology park, it enjoys an international reputation.  
  
Sophia Antipolis has all the assets of a Mediterranean coastal town: 23 km of coastline covering a wide range of landscapes (fine sandy beaches, steep rocky outcrops, pebble beaches, hidden coves, etc. ), a rich and diverse marine environment, and four harbours: the Port Vauban (Europe's leading yachting harbour), the Port de la Salis, the Port du Crouton and the Port Galice, as well as the abri de l'Olivette, which have earned the town several European labels (Pavillon Bleu, Station nautique, etc.).
