The accommodation is composed of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, a kitchen with access to the terrace, a living-dining room with television and second access to the large terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The basic products in the kitchen and the bathroom will also be present so that you can take full advantage when you arrive in the accommodation. Non-smoking apartment. The living room opens onto a terrace which will offer you an ideal space to share your sunny lunches or have an aperitif. \## Access The accommodation is located at the gates of the city center and the Old Town, which makes it easily accessible. The apartment is fully equipped. Sheets and towels are provided and you will have access to the complete accommodation. The bus station is a 10-minute walk, the train station 12 minutes \## Interaction The Bird Renting team is delighted to welcome you to Antibes. We will be available to advise you before and during your stay, reachable by phone or email so that your holidays go as smoothly as possible. \## Neighborhood At the gates of the city center and the old town, you will benefit from quick access to the SNCF train station and the bus station, in about ten minutes on foot, while enjoying an extremely quiet, residential and green area. . Supermarket 1km from the building. \## Transit Access to accommodation from Nice Côte d'Azur airport is possible by bus: take bus 250 towards Golfe Juan and get off at Antibes – Pôle d'Échanges. The journey takes about 45 minutes and this stop is located 700m from the apartment. You can also ask us to organize a transfer by private vehicle from the airport to the apartment. Antibes SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to visit Cannes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or Italy easily. You can also come by car and park in the surroundings or in the residence's visitor car park. \## Notes The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. Travelers must during their stay respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene. Nous n'avons pas trouvé d'accès ni au jardin ni à la piscine de la propriété. Logement bien équipé mais nécessite un meilleur nettoyage et plus particulièrement les salles de bain.
