Die Terrasse bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den Golf du Juan. Die Geschäfte und Restaurants von Juan-les-Pins und Antibes sind fußläufig erreichbar (10 - 20 min.), der Bahnhof in 10 Minuten. Von dort aus erreicht man viele Ziele, z. B. Cannes, Menton, Monaco, Nizza oder Grasse. Negativ Der Inhaber ist keine Privatperson, sondern ein kommerzieller Betreiber, was sich leider nachteilig auswirkt. 1\. Die Kommunikation erfolgt ausschließlich online: - Check-In und Check-Out per Link, alles, was dort nicht hinterlegt ist, ist gesondert zu klären. Die Hinterlegung der Kaution per Kreditkarte ist nicht vorgesehen und wurde erst auf Anfrage eingeräumt. Die für uns flugbedingt erforderliche frühe Abreisezeit um 7 Uhr ließ sich hierüber nicht vereinbaren. - Es erfolgt keine Übergabe. Zunächst erhielten wir ein Video, wo der Schlüssel zu finden sei. Dann wartete doch eine Frau am Eingang und gab uns kommentarlos zwei Schlüsselsets. Wir nahmen eines mit, um bei der Rückkehr festzustellen, dass es nicht funktionierte, es war nur für die Garage geeignet. Der Verwalter kam nach einer Stunde, nahm dafür 30 Euro extra, obwohl er auch fehlende Handtücher mitbrachte. - Die üblichen Instruktionen fehlen (z. B. Wlan-Code, Mülltrennung).
