C’est un appartement de 95m², composé de deux chambres, deux salons spacieux, d'une belle cuisine équipée, d'une salle de bain transformée en un espace de détente type spa, d'un WC séparé, d'un jardin verdoyant et d'une place de parking privative.

Situé au bord de mer, à 2 min à pied, cet appartement se trouve également à proximité de nombreux commerces. Au sein d'une résidence sécurisée et paisible, profitez d'un ensoleillement optimal du matin au soir et d'une place de parking privée. À l’extérieur, plusieurs emplacements gratuits sont à votre disposition.

Vous disposez d’un jardin privé d’une superficie de 200m2, entièrement clôturé,   
il comprend un jacuzzi pour 4 personnes,   
un baby-foot, une table de ping-pong,   
un lit baldaquin, des transats et une table à manger abrité par une pergola bioclimatique équipée de Brumisateurs.  
Les moments conviviaux sont assurés avec un barbecue XL fonctionnant aux gaz,   
idéal pour savourer de délicieuses grillades.  
  
Des vélos sont à votre disposition pour que vous puissiez apprécier de vos ballades le long de la côte.

Ce dernier dispose d'un distributeur d'eau, de glaçons et de glace pilée pour rafraîchir vos boissons à tout moment, complétée par un micro-ondes à programmes multiples, un four multifonctions et d'une plaque de cuisson à induction, vous pourrez préparer vos repas avec plaisir et facilité.  
L'électroménager Smeg ajoute une touche de style avec un grille-pain, une bouilloire, un blinder et un presse-agrume.   
La cuisine est équipée d'un lave-vaisselle et d'un ensemble complet de vaisselle et d'ustensiles.
