\## Space  
  
L'agence Enjoy and Stay vous propose ce beau studio est parfaitement agencé et équipé. Au 2eme étage et dernier d'une résidence face à la mer. Vous aurez tout à proximité immédiate (gare de Biot à 400m, arrêt de bus à 200m, carrefour market à 100m, accès direct à la plage de la Fontonne Est à 100m, Casino et discothèque La Siesta à 200m... ainsi que de nombreux bars et restaurants.)  
Vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes en voiture du centre d'Antibes.  
Doté d'une belle salle d'eau moderne avec douche à l'italienne, d'une cuisine ouverte toute équipée avec four, four micro-ondes, cafetière Nespresso, plaque à induction... et d'une belle pièce de vie ouvrant sur une terrasse avec une vue mer dégagée où vous aurez une petite plancha à disposition.  
Le parking privé est un véritable atout !  
  
Attention, comme vous le verrez sur les photos, la voie ferrée et la route du bord de mer passent entre l'appartement et la plage. L'appartement est équipé de baies vitrées récente avec une bonne isolation acoustique ce qui permet d’atténuer le bruit une fois la fenêtre fermée (mais ça ne le coupe pas complètement. En revanche, les trains ne circulent pas la nuit). Mais lorsque celle-ci est ouverte et lorsqu'un train passe, on l'entend.

Vous aurez accès de façon privative à tout l'appartement, à sa terrasse et au parking.  
L'accès à l'appartement se fera de façon autonome grâce à une boite à clés. Vous recevrez les informations le jour de votre arrivée à 16h.  
Les arrivées se font à partir de 17h et les départs à 11h maximum. En saison nous ne pourrons malheureusement pas avancer l'heure d'arrivée ou reculer l'heure de départ car les équipes de ménage ont de nombreux appartements à préparer.

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter la Côte d'Azur. La proximité de la gare et des axes routiers permettent de circuler très facilement.  
Vous pourrez également venir en avion, l'aéroport ne se situe qu'à 15 minutes.

La gare se trouve à 400 mètres et de nombreux bus desservent le quartier.  
Si vous venez en voiture, vous aurez votre place de parking privative.
