Magnifique appartement de 55 m2, dans une résidence de standing avec piscines (de 25 m de long et enfants), 2 terrains de tennis et tennis de table + bibliothèque commune. L'appartement entier est climatisé, vous profiterez d'une grande terrasse d'environ 15 m2 et vous pourrez stationner votre voiture dans votre propre place de stationnement en sous sol. Wifi très haut débit par fibre.  
  
L'appartement se compose :  
  
\- D'un hall d'entrée donnant sur la cuisine et sur un lumineux séjour avec canapé (convertible en 160x200cm), TV et table à manger, et accès à la terrasse avec magnifique vue mer.  
\- D'une cuisine toute équipée avec plaque 4 feux, hotte, réfrigérateur, micro-onde, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, grille-pain, machine Nespresso, et tous les ustensiles nécessaire.  
\- D'une chambre avec lit 160x200 cm, dressing et vue mer.  
\- D'une salle de douche avec meuble simple vasque et machine a laver/sèche-linge, mais aussi un toilette séparé.  
  
Très bel équipement pour cet appartement, meublé avec goût, vous adorerez séjourner ici.  
  
Bien entendu, vous aurez accès au Wifi gratuitement.  
  
L’appartement sera prêt et propre pour votre arrivée.

MASTERLOCK et ARRIVEE AUTONOME : Notez bien qu'en cas d'arrivée autonome (tardif et/ou sans rdv disponible) la masterlock pour récupérer les clés se trouvent devant notre agence immobilière. #### Très bonne location

Superbe vue de l appartement et belle terrasse .Logement très bien situé , proche commerces et mer , terrains de tennis et Ping Pong .Équipement global confortable ( notamment literie chambre top)et propreté générale impeccable. L emplacement de stationnement indispensable.

Appartement très spacieux et lumineux, avec une super vue sur la ville, la mer et l'île st Marguerite. Très bien équipé et bien placé, même si la voiture n'est pas de refus car ça monte et descend beaucoup. Plusieurs commerces à proximité et un large choix de plages. La piscine, le balcon, la climatisation et le parking sont vraiment un plus. La piscine est très grande, il y a la place pour nager même quand il y a du monde. Nous le recommandons vraiment.

We have spent 3 days and nights in Antibes, travelling from Paris to Cote D'Azur. The flat at Chemin la Pinede was found beyond expectstions and reasonably priced, including cark Park at the building sellar nearby. Recommended as comfortable accommodation.

#### Superbe appartement dans un parc paisible

Je recommande vivement cet appartement entièrement rénové. TOUT est neuf, c'est vraiment TOP. La vue sur toute la baie et la mer depuis le balcon est à couper le souffle. Tout est accessible à pied: la mer, les commerces, les restaurants. Il y a des piscines, courts de tennis, table de ping pong, babyfoot etc... au pied de l'immeuble dans le superbe parc. Un petit coin de paradis!

#### Appt a Juan les Pins

A wonderful apartment, stylish and beautifully appointed with an absolutely amazing panoramic view of the bay of Juan les Pins from the balcony. There are tennis courts and a swimming pool on site, the beach is an easy walk, as are both Antibes and Juan les Pins. Agent very good to deal with and attentive. Will be definitely be back
