Secteur du port Vauban. Vous allez adorer séjourner dans ce superbe appartement de 50 m2, respectant le charme typique du vieil Antibes. L'appartement est connecté au WIFI/ TV par internet et climatisé, il est composé de : Une grande pièce à vivre où vous y trouverez 1 canapé convertible (banquette pour 2 personnes), une télé ainsi qu'une table à manger. Une belle cuisine américaine toute équipée : frigo-congélateur, four, plaque électrique, cafetière et bouilloire, mais aussi d'un comptoir pouvant servir de table à manger. Une chambre avec un lit de 140X200cm avec salle de bain et toilette. ATTENTION : Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur L’appartement sera prêt et propre pour votre arrivée. INFORMATION MENAGE : Le ménage est inclus gratuitement et comprend le ménage d'après séjour ainsi que la location du linge de lit et de bain par une blanchisserie professionnelle que nous offrons également. Une serviette de bain par personne est comprise. Nous fournissons aussi des kits d'accueil pour vos premiers instants de voyage (non pour tout le séjour comme à l'hotel) à savoir : papier wc, sopalin, liquide vaisselle, pastille lave-linge et vaisselle (si équipé), sac poubelle, produits pour le sol, torchon de cuisine... ATTENTION : Nous nous réservons le droit de vous facturer une prestations de ménage si vous ne respectez pas l'appartement (poubelles sorties, vaisselle faite et rangée, respect des tissus, sols et mobiliers, respect des sanitaires...) Il faudra d'abord venir à l'agence récupérer les clés avant de vous rendre à l'appartement. Le code sera envoyé le jour de l'arrivée. L'appartement entier vous est accessible afin de profiter pleinement de votre séjour ici. \## Interaction Je me tiens 24h/24h à votre disposition pour tout besoin de renseignements et serai ravi de vous conseiller sur les activités possible autour de notre charmante ville. \## Neighborhood En plein coeur de la vieille ville, vous avez toutes les activités autour de vous. Vous aimerez être au plein coeur de notre jolie ville d'Antibes. Le marché provençal est à 5 min, incontournable pour goûter aux saveurs locales (épices, socca, légumes de la régions, tapenade...). Les boutiques souvenirs, les plages bien sûr, les jolies balades sur les remparts lors d'un feu d'artifice, le musée Picasso, le quai des milliardaires au port Vauban, le fort Carré. Tout est à 5 min de l'appartement. Il y en a pour tous les goûts, visuels et pour ceux qui aiment un bon repas ou tout simplement se balader.... Vous trouverez de nombreux bars/pubs tout autour du port et de nombreux restaurants... Juan les pins est à 5 min en voiture. Cannes est à 15-20 min. Nice à 20 min. Pour Monaco et la frontière Italienne, compter 1h par l'autoroute. \## Transit Le port Vauban est à 100 m de l'appartement, vous pourrez stationner au parking privé Qpark " Les Pêcheurs – Port Vauban" ou encore celui de « La Poste » qui se trouve a 50 mètres de l'appartement.. Il est très difficile de vous garer dans la vieille ville, et ce parking est le plus proche. Important : Des forfaits stationnement vous sont proposés si vous réservez via le site internet et leurs prix sont moins chers en pré-réservation.
