Everything is old, furnishing, bathtub etc. were worn out. It definitely needs repairing. The terrace smell bed and it was not clean. There was a place with refrigerator, microwave and some kitchen dishes, but it was no place to wash them.
As single rooms go this was spacious clean and comfortable with all expected facilities. The website says it has a bar and restaurant but it doesn't. The only thing that annoyed me was the air conditioning unit outside my window that went on and off all night loudly with a bang. Other than that a perfect stay.
Comfortable, centrally located accommodation. Access to reasonable priced parking near by. Ideal for a visit to the town. No breakfast available, however cafes nearby offering breakfast.

hotel was OK except for the sound of the what I imagine was the heating system coming on outside our window. It sounded just like a bird scarer and made going to sleep difficult.
The room was quite small and basic, but the hotel also had a fairly large breakfast area (no breakfast was available, but there was hot water and a refrigerator) plus an outdoor patio and a couple of other areas to sit in. Everything was very clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The price was certainly right.
