Absolutely disgusting
The hotel is absolutely in horrible conditions. The hot water does not work unless you keep it open for 10-15 minutes and water in the shower would be stuck there for 10-15 minutes so we couldn’t even take a shower one after the other. Our sink tap was broken and they took off the whole sink and told us to stay like that when I have a baby and need the toilet after getting upset they then given us another room to use the toilet for that night.

Escogí este hotel por la piscina pero resulta que no estaba funcional. Eso no me gustó. Aún así lo demás estuvo bien.

The hotel was based in a good location. All the shops were on the one road and the tram was near by if we need to go anywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful and took care of us. The room was standard and good internet coverage. Breakfast by the pool was really nice. I do recommend this hotel for anyone going.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. The hotel is very rundown and not maintained. The staff is very unhelpful. We checked in late as our flight was delayed and the front desk staff behaved as if they were doing us a favor by checking us in. The bathroom had no toiletries (not even soap) and was extremely dirty (mold everywhere).

A quaint wee hotel about 20 minutes from Hadrian's gate. Located in a residential area of Antalya. Breakfast was fine with a typical Turkish selection. Free Turkish tea and coffee in the restaurant throughout the day. If you want normal tea you can bring your own and get hot water in the restaurant. Rooms are basic but comfortable and have a fridge. Staff are lovely. Good for a quiet break.

A goog place
Everything was very good. The rooms were clean and spascious. Only the bathroom shower cabin would need redecoration. Unfortunalety we were leaving early a nfd we could not get our breakfast. It was not possible to get some packed sandwich.

The location is quite good, related to the airport, Old Town, transportaion. Staff is very friendly and apeak Russian, Tuekish, English (that i know of). Free breakfast choices were very good. Coffee is instant though. Rooms are quite small (picture New York hotels) and bathroom/shower as well. They offer airport transfers that are maybe less than the regular taxi. The hotel offers all the basics you need to spend your time in Antalya. I liked the value for the money.

It was a terrible holiday in Triana Hotel Bad staff, it was a limited buffet and we lost there some affaires so its unsafe, location is very far of the center Cleaning service is very bad at this hotel

Nice quiet hotel
Staff very friendly and helpful, everyone was always smiling and welcoming. The only issue was very slow, sometimes not working WI-FI. Overall everything was good, swimming pool nice and perfect size. Lovely, quiet hotel exactly what I like. Close to the market if shopping needed. Buses and trains also very close, 2 minutes walk to catch the transport. Very important, we got everywhere with them buses.

Great location of the hotel, near lots of nice restaurants, shopping amenities, old bazaar and staff is very kind helpful and make you feel very comfortable. The swimming pool is great and the breakfast is good. I would stay here again in future. Great affordable rates

The location is a bit far from everything, very few shops and cafes nearby otherwise you need to walk 10-15 minutes to find one in the evening. No kettle in the room. Need yo wait for hot water in the shower for a long time

Staff were so wonderful and friendly people, so helpful, most of them speaks three languages. Cleaning was wonderful. Breakfast look like five stars. I really recommend travelers to use this hotel. My second trip to Antalya will be definitely in this hotel.

quiet hotel away from the town center
Hotel check in was good and i have been to this hotel before, staff are helpful and always ready to say hello. my only grumble is the tv in the room and the channels available. i am 60 and i think the tv is about the same age! when I chatted with the manager he said they are doing them all and mine was next on the list, 6 days later and it still is the same. overall its an ok hotel and would go there again

I had the worst experience ever, my whole vocation was the worst, the people who work there if you give them money like for free they act nice to you and if not they are very rude and had the worst attitude ever , very dirty hotel no room service, only one time every four days and if they see tips they clean the room and it still dirty anyway, the people who work at the information desk very rude and act like you stay there for free, the hotel had no wifi in the rooms and no AC outside your room , very hot you can’t stand to walk out your room and there is no internet in the room !! I paid for breakfast and every time I went to eat they keep wait and look at you like you eat for free and look at you in very rude way, I honestly hate it so much and never ever go to Antalya anymore because of this horrible experience
