The facilities are amazing when traveling with kids. Lots of different activities available to keep you and your kids entertained. However, the food and the food variety are very disappointing. If you’re not picky or don’t care about the food/drinks, this place would be a 5/5. If you do, I rate it a 3/5 because of how disappointing the food was.

It had everything for a family holiday. Some of tge staff could have been a bit more helpful. If you ask for something, they just point it to you to DIY. The reception staff, bell boys were great. We have a few issues and they resolved it. The manager also agreed we can check out late which was good.

Just for your information: after huge fire in 2021 in our region we lost 80% of our forrest near by. So ants, flyes and many type of animals are without their home. As a Hotel administration we all the time kindly ask people to do not take food and drinks to the rooms which is also caused pest. Best regards

Very nice accomodation, fully green environment with friendly and helpfull staff. Wide range of delicious food. Day activities by animation staff were also very funny to participate in. Kids friendly hotel, so much to do for kids. We stayed in a villa and we were very pleased and happy with our stay! I will recommend it to everyone esspecially for families with kids

We enjoyed our stay in the resort. The staff at the reception, customer relations, bar, restaurant were all helpful and accomodating. Food was really good but lacked variety. A la carte restaurant was shut but the management kindly organised a Turkish night just for us. The only disappointment is that the beach is long walking distance from hotel.

Went with my daughter and wife had an relaxing holiday. The hotel is clean, our room was quite spacious with balcony. The food was delicious even at the beach bar.The service and staff were amazing. Hotel is wonderful, the only downside to it is the look of the hotel as compared to other 5star it’s little dull. If u are looking for stress free holiday just to relax this is the best one.

The hotel is a perfect choice for a family vacation. For big families there are 3 room villas here (queen bed + 3 single beds). For infants they provide a playpen which is intended to be a crib. The hotel has a perfect kids entertainment, during the day they have different small interactive shows and in the evening they have a mini disco. There is a dedicated children area in the hotel with lots of things to do. There are several children pools including 0.4m, 0.5m and one indoors for infants however the water temperature was very cold for an infant. In the main restaurant there is a special kid zone where you can warm up baby food. In the kid zone they have low tables and chairs. In the mini-bar in the room in addition to regular drinks they also have milk. The hotel situated in the very pleasant place near the lake. You have to walk to the beach ~10-12 min along the lake which is a very pleasant experience. The seawater is very clean and the beach itself is kept in perfect condition, they have lots of shades on the beach so you can safely stay there for several hours. The staff is very responsive. There was not a single thing they wouldn't arrange for us. The food was great and the beer is good. A couple of downsides. It's NOT a non-smoking property, yes they have lots of "no smoking" signs but most of the people don't care and the staff cannot do anything about it. People smoke even in front of kids which is terrible. The second downside is the quality of cocktails.

Great hotel for kids. Lots of activities. Very clean. Food is very good and the staff is very nice and helpfull. We had a problem with the rooms assinged and it was solved immidiatly and every other need was answerd fastly. The rooms are small and a bit old but for us it was ok. We had everything we needed and more. Also there is a great new aqua park right outside the hotel. Great value for money. We'll consider coming back.

The staff was excellent and all the time on their toes to please the guests. The food was plenty and not bad but needs a bit more changes (especially in cold cuts selection at breakfast) and Purchase Manager and Kitchen need to check much more on the fruits and vegetables which have been always not ripe and of quality below Turkish standard. Still we loved as well many of the dishes. There have been sunbeds added in the middle of our trip and therefore not the same struggles as in the beginning. Most impressive was the Lady in the Smile Club, she took excellent care, Assistant GM Tolga and we spotted one waiter (Serder?? with glasses) who clearly was the best of all and tried his best at each table to please the guests and made some fun. The bartenders in the evening at the pool bar as well super friendly all. Room was very small and we had a bad view, we have been offered to change room and didn't do it, so it was our mistake. We give 8 out of 10 and the most important of all, our daughter LOVED it! Thank you

Great for everyone!
A lovely hotel with plenty of pools and sun beds available. The staff are all fantastic, I cannot fault them. The food is varied with a large selection everyday...and the desserts.. wow! The kid's world is fantastic and caters for all ages. The room was clean and spacious and the fridge stocked with pop, juice and water daily. The nightly events were good but as we were travelling with our not-quite 2 year old, our room location was not ideal. On Saturday night the music was stupidly loud and we were located over-looking the pool bar. The balcony door/window are very good at blocking the noise the it just seems to reverberate around the block, making it so loud we could not sleep.

The hotel , food and staff were excellent except for the master room had ants all the time even though we complained to the customer service and room was sprayed twice. It should be noted that we didn’t bring any food to the room but still the ants were in the master room and bathroom. I advised them that this villa should not be rented again till they make sure there are no ants but it is up to them. I would go back again but for sure I need to make sure that there are no ants in the villa

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this for families. We booked our airport transfers with Hana travel, one of numerous transfer companies based in Antalya (arranged this from the UK, and paid €90 for the return journey to the driver of the minibus, on arrival at the hotel). The hotel complex is vast, and has 8 pools in total, including a shaded pool for toddlers. There is a large play area (also shaded) , together with a kids club, and soft play areas. Although we didn't leave our children on their own at the kids club, we were still allowed to full use of their facilities - childrens' cinema time, activities, etc. The nightly entertainment for children at the ampitheatre gets all of the children involved, and was followed by a performance from a very talented Colombian dance group. The beach is a short 10-15 minute walk, or a free shuttlebus away - a section of beach belongs to the hotel, and food and drinks are available here as part of the all inclusive package (although there is greater variety at the hotel itself). With regard to food at the hotel, there are multiple mealtimes where unlimited food is available - breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, midnight snack. There is ample choice, and a wide selection of salad, fruits and turkish desserts. The food does get a little repetitive after a couple of days, but as vegetarians we fared OK. A minor gripe - perhaps the shortage of hot vegetarian meals, but there is enough to get by

The hotel is terrible. It was a nightmare staying in this hotel. The bed was uncomfortable! The food was bad. The swimming pool has too much bleach in it. So kids will get irritation. Management and smiley service is a joke. They don't try to take care of the guest's money. Don't waste your money! There are better lower star hotels with excellent customer service. Don't ruin your vacation. Go somewhere else!

The worst five star hotel I have ever stayed!
Otium is a hotel I would not recommend. The so call smiley service does not care about their customers. I have to admit that the majority of customers are from Russia and Polen. And everything is oriented towards these customers. It is very sad to see so poor customer service. Several times did we try to get our issues solved, but they did not. The overall quality of service, food, and room is terrible. Clean towels were full of hair! The bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on! The towels had hair. Pic included. The food was not delicious. It was like a two to three star restaurant. It was making you full, but it wasn't like you ate something delicious. The cheese was old and dried out. Pic included. The eggs looked like they were from yesterday. The majority of the employees did not speak English or German. It was very hard to communicate with them. I would not give this hotel a single star. There is a reason why it is one of the cheaper five star hotel. I will never go back to this hotel.

Very friendly hotel staff
We had an excellent one week stay. The hotel is fantastic with great facilities. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is varied and well presented. Kids club was the best I've seen so far. The beach was well kept with lots of snacks available in the bar. The Otium seven seas hotel is right next to the beach which the guests are welcome to use, (you just need to sign in at the security booth). Here they have huge slides and a crazy river and lazy pools. However the absolute best thing I found at this hotel was how friendly everyone was. It made our stay very enjoyable and we felt very welcome. The Happy team do a great job of trying to involve everyone in all the activities and they remember names of children and give them a shout out every time they see them. Customer service was great too. Most staff speak English and they are able to deal with issues straight away. We couldn't get wi-fi in the room so they put a booster in our room for us, that is great service I think. My only issue was the hotel should look into getting some English channels on the TV. Only 2 news channels were in English. Everything else was in Turkish or German. They had many guests from UK so it would make sense to provide English channels. Overall, an excellent stay, will be returning again next year.

It's a great resort hotel, with very few faults.
I start with the staff, attentive and courteous. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Food is good, well presented. Grounds are well maintained and clean. Nice swimming pools. Now the bad, poolside entertainment is very laud and bothering to people having food at the restaurant. This is a problem throughout Turkey. They haven't invented the volume control yet! They think loud is fun, music can be much more enjoyable at much lower volumes. Without damaging the eardrums of the patrons. Disappointed here because they solved many of the chronic problems exist in Turkey, but not the entertainment irritation. I definitely would stay here again, weather was very pleasant we really enjoyed our stay.
