The property is a really nice all-inclusive resort. Great property, very green, well maintained. It is excellent for travelers with pets as it is pet-friendly. They provide a pet hotel option if you want to leave your pet there - very nice facility. Or if you want your pet to stay with you - make sure you check on the types of the rooms that allow pets in (like Cedar house) as it is not evident from Expedia information. They have pet beach which is great so you can bring your dog/pet with you. Good food offerings both in the main restaurant and a-la carte options. Our favorite a-la carte restaurant was Sea Club. Hotel staff is friendly. Service at the bar can be a bit slow at the time. Good entertainment programs.

Amazing property and very friendly staff! Noodle house is a must try fresh shrimp and mini kebab right off the grill! Pessonal assistants Alper and Kardelen went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! Even operation manager Dinger Drakli met us a few times on the property to say hello and make sure everything was great! Thank you so much to all the staff, i rearly do reviews, but this time its with a pleasure! We will definitely be back next year and will recommend to feiends and family!

One of the best resort in Antalya
It is a 10+ score resort and very luxurious. We stayed there for 4 nights and didn't want to get out of there. It is very clean, luxurious, beautiful, best view and location. Their food was very good. They have everything in the resort and you do not need to go outside. We did not even go to Antalya city because we didn't want to lose one minute of our relax time in this resort.I do recommend this resort to everyone.

An outstanding Hotel
I have been to many countries and many places; this place stands on the top of my list. They knew how to make you satisfied, foods are really good. You can stay there for a week without thinking of getting out.. soon after you leave, will miss Nirvana ans wich you extended your stay for couple of days..

Nirvana: Almost there, not yet.
We loved the location and the scenery at this hotel. Mountain views with warm waters of the Mediterranean, the beach was one of the best at the area. We also liked the fact that you could sun bathe as close to the sea as possible so that you didn't need to walk miles to the sea to swim:-) The pavilions on the beach were very expensive compared to the service provided. We rented one day and only saw the server couple of times- also the service didn't include any food. For 40 euros per day, we expected much better service, also the pavilions didn't look very inviting and comfortable- maybe having a comfy couch in the pavilion might be better than having 4 beds- if you want to just sit down and lounge, beds don't work very well. Compared to other all inclusive hotels in the area, the buffet had sufficient choices though we didn't like the watery scrambled eggs in the mornings for example. Certain dishes needed improvement. Most of the servers didn't speak English, not even the basics! Also some of them were not trained properly in terms of how to respond to customer requests. Service needed improvement and it would be nice to see happy employees- compared to other hotels we stayed around Antalya, we thought the staff needed more training. But once we discussed the issues we had with the management, they were really helpful, understanding and did their best to correct the issues. However, it is always best , not to come to that point.

there is a classification such as standard room VIP2 and VIP1. If you are not at least VIP2, you can not get all activities free of charge. Have to check your status before make reservation

Otel çok güzel, konum mükemmel ancak servis ve işletmesi rezaletti. Bu kadar güzel bir otel ancak bu kadar kötü yönetilebilir. Her birimde kaos vardı. Havuz, bar, mini klüp ve restoranlarda yığınla kullanılmış boş tabak bardaklar birikiyordu. Kimse toplamıyordu. Restoranda her öğün yer bulma yarışı vardı. Yiyecek alabilmek için uzun kuyruklar oluşuyordu. Her öğün için ayrı bir mücadele. Servis personeli son derece ilgisiz, kaba ve deneyimsizdi. Otelde ayrıca ciddi bir kara sinek problemi var.

Семейный отдых отдыхали 2 дней. останавливались в семейном номере. убираются в номерах ужасно. полы всегда грязные, под кроватями вообще не моют. Отель тянет на 4 звезды, а цены очень высокие. На пляж в море выведена труба 30 см в диаметре из которой из отеля течет желтая вода в море. бассейн крошечный. в номере очень темно.

Otele 2. gidişimiz 2014 te yeni açıldığı zaman gitmiştik, Otel konforlu ve lüx, yemek içecek kalitesi üst seviyede , Gece eğlencesi vasat Rus turstlere yönelik sanatcılar cıkıyor pek eğlenceli değil, Discosu SIFIR bakımsız ve haliyle kimse gitmiyor, En kötüsü ise oda temizliğiydi yerler silinmiyor boş bardak vs alınmıyor tel ile arayıp tekrar temizlk yaptırttık 2 sefer geçen sefer hiç böle bi durumla karşılaşmamıştık belkide bize denk gelmiştir, bunların dışında otel gerçekten güzel tavsiye ederim...Aqua park eğlenceli..

Otel Açık Olmamasına Rağmen Hotels'in bize kazığı
Bir de konaklama nasıl geçti diye soruyorsunuz??? İstanbul'dan kalktık gittik ve otelin kapalı olduğunu söylediler. Nirvana Hotels'e bilgi verdiğini söyledi fakat biz sizin tarafınızdan bilgilendirilmedik. Resmen bizi kapalı otele gönderdiniz.Neyseki Nirvana Müşteri İlişkilerindeki İbrahim bey bizi grup otellerine yönlendirdi de dışarıda kalmadık. Nirvanadaki konaklamamızı soran Hotels tam bir rezaletsiniz.

Güzel bir tatil deneyimi
Otelin konumu,manzarası ve peyzajı çok güzeldi. Son yıllarda geçirdiğim en iyi tatillerden biriydi. Yiyecek içecek kalitesi üst seviyedeydi. Denizdeki büyük taşlar dışında herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. Başarılı bir tesis tekrar konaklamak isterim ve tavsiye ederim.

رائع و جميل
فندق كريستال نيرفانا من الفنادق الرائعه و الجميلة جدا من كل ناحية الغرف ونظافتها و كبر حجمها و الاطعمه لذيذه للغاية و متنوعه اما الترفية يجعلك لا تغادر المنتجع يعيب الفندق ان الغرفة التي اخذتها كان المكيف سيئ للغاية في غرفه النوم لكن قمت بمخاطبه الرسبشين و تم تغيير الغرفة لغرفه ذات تكييف جيد جدا

House keeping dışında herşey çok güzeldi.
Otelde her şey çok güzel ve ultra her şey dahil konseptini gerçekten başarıyla yerine getiriyorlar. Tek hoşuma gitmeyen şey house keeping hizmeti! Odadaki çarşafları düzelmekten başka hiçbir şey yapılmıyor. 4 gün kalmamıza ve her gün odamızın temizlenmesine rağmen 4 gün boyunca aynı havlu ve bornozları kullandık! Böyle lüks bir otelin havlu değiştirme hizmetinden kaçması da ilginç!

Очень хороший отель.
Нам очень понравилось. Дети просятся на следующее лето туда опять. Все на высоте. Очень красиво, чисто. Отличный сервис, очень обширная кухня и все очень вкусно. Единственное чего добавили бы это нет столиков и столов около музыкальной трибуны. Приходится слушать живую музуку весь вечер стоя и напитки ставить на пол. Надеюсь это исправят. А в остальном все здорово.

НИРВАНА
Отличный отель для отдыха с детьми. Вышколенный персонал и анимация от профессиональных команд. Отличный аквапарк и детский центр, где есть акваарк для малышей, огромная площадка и персонал умеющий развлекать и смотреть за детьми. Рекомендую посетить СПА - бесплатный зал, бассейн, 3 сауны и хамам и воспользоваться платной услугой пилинга и массажа. Вход в море не удобен, но есть пара пирсов с лежаками которые отчасти решают проблему.

Prachtig hotel op een mooie,rustige lokatie !
Splinternieuw hotel, aangelegd in een uitzonderlijk mooie tuin in een pijnboombos. Rustige ligging. Ruime en mooie kamers, met afzonderlijke kinderkamer. Golfkarretjes brengen je naar de kamers die verspreid liggen in het bos. Buffetrestaurant is goed, met veel keuze, maar probeer zeker de 7 à la carte restaurants. Supplement van 10 euro per persoon is het zeker waard. Heel mooie en degelijke schotels met uitgebreide keuze.Mogelijkheid om op verschillende plaatsen buiten te eten, met prachtig zicht op zee en bergen. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en doet enorm zijn best, alleen momenteel nog te weinig kennis van engels (Duits kennen ze beter), waardoor er soms fouten gebeuren. Super is ook de gratis, vers geperste fruitsap bij het ontbijt. Fantastisch aquapark met 12 glijbanen, waarbij de lifeguards je een extra veilig gevoel geven en zorgen voor de nodige animatie. Wij genoten enorm van de patisserie in het hoofdgebouw waar je van 10-22 uur terecht kunt voor gratis Movenpick ijs ( wel 12 soorten), gebak, chocolade en pralines, koffie, warme chocolademelk….. Minpunt voorlopig is toch enige onregelmaat bij bestelling van dezelfde cocktails en gerechten/snacks. Deze worden te verschillend gemaakt, afhankelijk van waar je het besteld hebt. Alles samengevat een zeer degelijk hotel aan een zeer aannemelijke prijs (voorlopig nog !! ) . Prijs /qualiteit TOP
