I really do not recommend this place! the staff & services are just terrible and sometimes even rude! the in-room air conditioning system was just a mess and three of us ended up ALL SICK at the end of our vacation...the food quality is also below average as compared to other all-inclusive places I travelled before e.g. in Cancun. There are some non-fresh items that you see routinely in the buffet, and I am not sure whether they actually test them for expiration etc. we had a few instances of stomach upset immediately after lunch/dinner and so Please be aware of these items! The ONLY thing that I really enjoyed here was the late night music and bar.., I thinks that was actually very good and the ONLY reason I ended up giving an overall rating of Poor instead of terrible!

The Property was very well maintained. The room was very clean and everything worked just fine. The staff were very friendly and informative and supportive of all my questions and needs. The food was just too much and truly 5 stars. The pool was very clean and lots of fun. I would definitely recommend this resort to all.

I enjoyed the breakfast it was yummy every morning actually the best part of my stay I’m not the one to give bad reviews thus is not a bad review so I’m just going to tell how I truly felt, Sunbeds were very hard to find every day of my holiday Staff was told about it but I didn’t get results but I did give them an advise that guest shouldn’t be allowed to put towels out as early as 4am and should be allowed from 8am with only the hotel towels and not to use their own towels to save 4 sunbeds that they hardly use up as I did see family’s saved spaces on both of the pool area but only used one area resulting a waste of sun beds being saved up also everyone would be having a better sleep and not to be worry about the sunbed challenge at 4am. Overall would I recommend it personally I wouldn’t visit again

Issues in check in - I had booked the family room and I was insistent to take the family room as it was sufficient for me (3 adults and 2 children, and not 5 adults as has been quoted to your goodself). The choice i was given was either take two standard rooms or one family room and in both cases, I was asked for the payment of USD 509/-. Should no extra fee have to be charged, i will highly appreciate if you can instruct the concerned to refund the amount of USD 509/-

The swimming pool was nice the sauna was good , the food was poor ,I eat almost the same thing everyday...at the end my money was stolen on my wallet on the safe...I am devastated....

Dear Guests, First of all, thank you for choosing our hotel. On 12th of May, you have claimed that your money in safe box was lost. As soon as you claimed ,chefs of security, guest relations and front office checked the records of your safe box in presence of you and your friends. According to these records, it was found out that nobody except you opened your safe box. The codes were the only ones used by yourself. You called Police Station and police officers came into your room after 20 minutes. Officers got fingerprints from your room and door activity records.They asked you to come to Police Station for detailed interrogation but you refused to go by telling some reasons(headache,late flight etc.). Beside this, at first you said safe box was open than you said it was closed when you went back to room. So your story is suspicious. Local officers sent the case to prosecution office. Staff was friendly and co-operative at reception, Food is good in quality and quantity. Location is OK and is outside town centre of Belek with no taxi facilities and you have to spend only 1-2 available taxis and have to accept their rate. Good hotel if you have your own car. Room is nice and clean. I do not have any hot water in room and no hot water in shower. Phone in room is dead and no ring tone in it, safe deposit box in room is not functional as well. I informed reception staff twice and they reassured me that they will sort out these 3 problems but no one actually did anything to solve these problems. I am not accepting these faults in hotel of such quality. So disappointed with overall service. Will not recommend it to any other who will go with their family.

Nice resort.
The resort was amazing with a variety of different foods. One of the best resorts I've stayed in. The entertainment was good. It was a little out of the area but it doesn't matter if you're just staying in the resort. The game arcade was fun but a little expensive.

Brilliant Hotel with Brilliant staff and Facilitie
We stayed one week in Crystal Waterworld. The hotel is just brilliant with lovely swimming pools, very pleasant staff, food was just amazing and evening entertainment. I was feeling really sad on my last stay to leave the hotel. I would always love to go there and I would highly recommend to everyone. Have fun!!!

Can not fault the hotel, the facilities were great esp for my 3 year old. Only disappointment was that most of the staff could not speak /understand english so communicating with them was difficult and stressful at times. Apart from that i could. Ot fault it.

Fantastic waterpark, variety of slides for both kids and adults, several pools, one of them was massive, several pool bars, restaurants, pubs, 24 hr snack bar. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Each night there was a different show- dancing, singing, acrobatics etc. Lots to do inside the resort especially if you like water, it's heaven. All inclusive great food, everything tasted amazing, all drinks included apart from imported spirits. If you tip the staff you get a VIP service. They love English and German guests there! Totally recommend!

This hotel caters for 2,500 people. You would not believe it! There are ample restaurants, plenty of delicious food choices and great service. The staff are efficient, friendly and willing to do anything for you. The quality of the hotel is first class. The waterworld is fantastic! Great fun. The entertainment is great for kids followed by interesting adult entertainment. There was always plenty of activities going on and always something to do. Totally a family complex, good for young children and teenagers. Fantastic value for money!
