It is perfect for families, couples, or small groups of up to four adults and one child. Property Details This apartment includes two bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom, and a balcony. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed. You can use the entire apartment privately without sharing any space with other guests. The bright living area has a comfortable sofa and television for relaxation. Location The apartment is a five to fifteen minute walk from Gozan or Jungang Station on Line 4. It takes about sixty minutes by train to reach Incheon Airport, Gimpo Airport, or Seoul Station. Major shopping areas and restaurants in Ansan are within a five to ten minute walk, and convenience stores are just one minute away. Kitchen and Dining A fully equipped kitchen is located at the back of the apartment and includes cooking utensils, a stove, an electric kettle, a chopping board, and a kitchen knife. Seasonings and tableware are also provided for your use. Bathroom and Laundry The bathroom and toilet are located behind the kitchen. A washing machine with detergent is available in the unit. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, but refills are not included. Additional amenities such as towels, toothbrush sets, and a dryer are also available. Balcony and Facilities The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, making it a comfortable place to relax or work. The apartment includes air conditioners, a refrigerator, portable WiFi, and a television, offering a quiet and private environment for a stress free stay. Parking Information Parking is available both in the building and in a nearby public parking area. The in building parking is open twenty four hours and costs 1000 won per thirty minutes, credit card only. The public parking area behind the building operates from Monday to Saturday, eight a.m. to nine p.m., costing 400 won per thirty minutes or 4500 won per day. Parking is free at night and on Sundays. Check in and House Rules Check in is contactless through a self check in system. The key code will be sent one day before your arrival, so please check your messages carefully.
