Situé en plein centre d’Annemasse, à 50m de la gare et proche de tous commerces.  
  
The Space:  
Suite lumineuse et confortable de 40 m², idéale pour un séjour à deux.  
Vous y trouverez un lit double queen size, un salon séparé, une kitchenette équipée (plaques, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, vaisselle…), un coin repas, un bureau et une salle de douche privative avec WC.  
Le logement dispose d’une TV et du Wi-Fi haut débit.  
Linge de lit et serviettes sont fournis.  
Un espace moderne et chaleureux à deux pas de Genève.  
  
Guest Access:  
Accès autonome et sécurisé via deux portes à code (métallique puis en verre).  
Les codes d’accès sont transmis la veille de l’arrivée.  
Chaque logement dispose d’un code unique valable pour la durée du séjour.  
Stationnement possible au Parking Chablais Parc ou dans la rue (payants).  
Pour les séjours mensuels, une place de garage sécurisée est disponible en option (150 €/mois).

Situé à seulement 50 mètres de la gare et à 8 minutes à pied du centre-ville, Chablais Parc est un espace piéton moderne regroupant commerces, restaurants, services et un cinéma. Idéal pour vos courses ou une pause gourmande après une journée à Genève.  
  
Shopping & services : supermarché Monoprix, boutiques mode, pharmacie, cinéma Studio 6.  
  
Restaurants : cuisine japonaise chez Sushi Kyo, pasta et pizza à IT Trattoria, brasserie Au Bureau, burgers gourmets chez JOYS Burgers, et notre coup de cœur absolu, le Berliner Kebab, réputé pour ses saveurs généreuses.
