Bienvenue à la Résidence Colivi, à 50 m de la gare d’Annemasse et à deux pas du quartier Chablais Parc. Ce studio cosy de 25 m², calme et lumineux, est entièrement équipé avec kitchenette, salle de bain privative avec WC, TV et Wi-Fi. À 20 min de Genève centre en train, il est idéal pour un séjour professionnel ou touristique proche de la frontière suisse.  
  
The Space:  
Studio moderne et confortable de 25 m², idéal pour une ou deux personnes.  
Il comprend un lit double queen size, une kitchenette équipée (plaques, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, vaisselle…), un coin repas, un bureau et une salle de douche privative avec WC.  
Le logement dispose d’une TV et du Wi-Fi haut débit.  
Linge de lit et serviettes fournis.  
Un espace fonctionnel à deux pas des commerces et de la gare.  
  
Guest Access:  
Accès autonome et sécurisé à la résidence via deux portes à code (métallique puis en verre).  
Les codes d’accès sont envoyés la veille de l’arrivée.  
Chaque logement dispose d’un code unique valable pour la durée du séjour.  
Stationnement possible au Parking Chablais Parc ou dans la rue (payants).  
Pour les séjours mensuels, une place de garage sécurisée est disponible en option (150 €/mois).

Bienvenue dans l’un des quartiers les plus pratiques et vivants d’Annemasse !  
Situé à seulement 50 mètres de la gare et à 8 minutes à pied du centre-ville, Chablais Parc est un espace piéton moderne regroupant commerces, restaurants, services et un cinéma. Idéal pour vos courses ou une pause gourmande après une journée à Genève.  
  
Shopping & services : supermarché Monoprix, boutiques mode, pharmacie, cinéma Studio 6.  
  
Restaurants : cuisine japonaise chez Sushi Kyo, pasta et pizza à IT Trattoria, brasserie Au Bureau, burgers gourmets chez JOYS Burgers, et notre coup de cœur absolu, le Berliner Kebab, réputé pour ses saveurs généreuses.
