Aug 6, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, communication, location #### Mitigé L’appartement présente de nombreux points positifs : Extrêmement bien situé, Un 2 pièces bien distribué et de bonne surface hormis la salle de bain assez exiguë, Double vitrage de qualité qui assure une insonorisation satisfaisante au vu de la fréquentation estivale, Literie confortable au niveau de la chambre, Trouvé propre à notre arrivée, Contatcs cordiaux avec la conciergerie notamment concernant le code de la porte d’immeuble qui ne fonctionne pas. Les moins : Un manque d’entretien évident (table de nuit cassée non réparée, aération de la salle de la salle de bain complètement obstruée & odeurs de remontée d’égouts assez présentes, tringle à rideau non fixée, machine à café à détartrer), Pour un séjour de 3 semaines, le manque de rangement est flagrant les 2/3 du dressing étant déjà occupés, une machine à laver serait plus appreciable que le lave-vaisselle en place, Enfin un manque de sécurité, le digicode ne fonctionnant pas et les squatteurs pouvant y élire domicile le temps d’une nuit. ##### Gwendolyne G.
