This apartment can accommodate 4 people, on the 1st floor without elevator. The first bedroom has a 160x190 bed (Queen Size) and has direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom will be equipped with 2 single beds. It is being renovated, which is why there are no photos yet. You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains. The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine... The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 10 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). 🅿️ Parking is possible in the courtyard of the property, a private place. 🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
