Full of charm, very bright, on the top floor corner with 3 orientations and although located in «the hypercenter» it has an incredibly quiet location, almost without vis-à-vis and all rooms have a French window overlooking the balcony and the view. Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake, it is an ideal place to discover Annecy and the many interests around. The entrance to the building, under the arcade, is located in a very quiet street where you can drop off your luggage with your vehicle, a few parking spaces at the feet of the building and many other public parking spaces being located between 150 and 300m. This apartment offers: \- an office entrance with a safe, \- a living room with large TV, DVD player, wifi and SFR package, \- two bedrooms each equipped with a king size bed (180x200cm), \- a bathroom/shower with toilet and washing machine, \- an independent toilet. \- a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. This apartment can accommodate 4 people, ⚠️ ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject. The accommodation is on the 6th floor with elevator. Linen is provided for your stay, and parents can have an umbrella cot. 🅿️ The nearest car park is the City Hall car park located 1 minute walk from the accommodation. Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. To leave your luggage until the departure of the train we recommend the Luggage Locker “Casebook” located in the park of Bonlieu. This district, in the heart of the historic centre of Annecy called «the Venice of the Alps» is the favorite point of travelers with its charm, its alleys, its gardens and canals and its pedestrian areas. There are many cafés and restaurants nearby, and the beaches and walks are all within walking distance. To access the apartment: The station is 8 minutes walk from the apartment. Sep 7, 2024 #### Très déçus. Bien que très satisfaite lors de mon séjour à Annecy il y a 2 ans dans cet appartement, cette année le service de La conciergerie du lac n’a de « premium » que le nom. J’ai été très déçue de la qualité de service qui a littéralement chuté. Au fil des jours nous découvrons des manquements qui ne sont pas dignes du standing et du prix de la location de ce bel appartement. Quel dommage ! La fameuse bouteille d’accueil, mise en avant sur l’annonce, n’existe plus. Un seul torchon pour la vaisselle, la bouteille du liquide vaisselle vide. Que 3 verres à eau à notre disposition, deux tasses de café avec leur anse cassée dans le meuble en dessous de l’évier (comme cachées). L’écran de la TV d’une des chambres est explosé, un meuble de salon dont les tiroirs ne se ferment pas correctement. Des toilettes qui présentaient une petite fuite lors du tirage de chasse, il y a deux ans c’était déjà le cas mais rien de grave, juste que ça persiste. Problème pour regarder les chaînes du bouquet SFR mais ils ont intervenu le jour-même et cela a été réglé efficacement. Le plus frustrant, c’est de trouver des déchets dans l’appartement, comme des bouteilles de vin vides cachées dans les placards, un paquet de pâtes entamées dans ce même placard électrique, du désodorisant posé au sol dans les toilettes.On les a appelé tout au long du séjour pour leur faire un compte-rendu. Épuisant ! Au final, un mail avec photos a l’appui a été envoyé à la conciergerie du Lac et il a encore fallu que l’on les appelle plus de 5 fois pour qu’ils daignent nous faire un retour. Retour qui s’est avéré trop succinct à notre goût et même pas accompagné d’un geste commercial. En clair on nous remercie de leur avoir fait un retour sur notre expérience, et nous assure qu’ils feront de leur mieux pour s’améliorer ! ##### Sylvia D. Nous étions à 50m du Lac, 50m du marché de Noel, 30m du restaurant Chez Mamie Lise où vous pouvez manger des fondus à tomber parterre le tout dans une ambiance conviviale. Super expérience vraiment ! L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de gout, il est très fonctionnel pour un couple ou pour 4 personnes. La petite bouteille offerte par notre Hôte était vraiment appréciable. Merci !
