Completely renovated in July 2019, the apartment is ideal for 4 people and can accommodate up to 6 people. Carefully decorated by an interior designer, the apartment is fully air conditioned and has two balconies: the first side living room overlooking the lake, the second side kitchen. It has 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom with a large storage and a TV. The spacious living room is also equipped with a TV and opens to a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and high speed WiFi. Bed Linen and towels will be provided for your stay. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor with elevator. 🅿️You can park your car directly in the underground car park of the building (max 1m90). 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled at the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and quality of life. Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old neighborhoods, restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its channels to which it owes its name from "Venice of the Alps". Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you will be able to walk throughout your stay. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path is all around the lake) Arrivals are possible between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. After 9 p.m., if an autonomous arrival is not feasible in your accommodation, a supplement of € 20 will be requested. The apartment seemed vacated and unsafe. Construction dust would enter under door sills as they were sawing in the patio and spilling concrete. No one in our group could sleep as it was on going. I spent 4 hours trying to contact the owner after travelling 12 hours. Finally we got a hold of concierge du lac through VRBO and they denied there was an construction at all. I promptly sent photos and videos of ongoing construction toon just outside our windows. We left the next morning for a hotel in the center of town with a better location. I’m still waiting on the rest of my refund. They charged me 2 nights now instead of 1 claiming they have a 2 night stay minimum. This should be waived seeing as if I knew the condition of the rental, I would never have booked it. I agree to pay for one night, but not two. I feel they have forfeit their policy by knowingly and denying renting this unit out without any communication. Je suis souvent partie avec Abritel et toujours Ă©tĂ© satisfaite par contre lĂ  c’était pas terrible. Les gens qui travaillent pour la conciergerie du lac ne sont pas efficaces. Le mĂ©nage est très moyen, il n’y avait pas d’alaises dans les lits, pas de protèges oreillers sous la housse donc les oreillers Ă©taient sales. Les vitres n’étaient pas lavĂ©es , et en plus l’échafaudage du ravalement de façade qui nous bouchait la vue. Quand j’ai rĂ©servĂ© il n’était pas prĂ©cisĂ© qu’il y aurait des travaux, sinon je n’aurais pas rĂ©servĂ©. Le personnel de la conciergerie n’est vraiment pas Ă  la hauteur , peu aimable, pressĂ©, Ă  la limite de la politesse !!!! Je suis vraiment très déçu. Appartement très cher. Situation excellent dans la ville - très calme - vue sur le lac - bonne exposition - 2 chambres avec salles deux bains individuelles - une dĂ©coration et cuisine sans trop de bibelots inutiles. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la sobriĂ©tĂ© de l'amĂ©nagement cuisine oĂą tout est complet dans l'Ă©lectro-mĂ©nager moderne. De bonnes prestations dĂ©coratives. Accès et ascenseur très pratique .
