This apartment has been completely refurbished. Free internet. It is accessible by elevator or stairs. This apartment on the 6th floor consists of: \- From an entrance, to drop off your belongings with a large storage closet. \- a living room, dining room with a large 7 seater sofa. \- a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine and finally a refrigerator). \- a 1st cozy, bright room with a large double bed of 160x200 (King Size) overlooking a veranda with dressing room. \- a cozy 2nd bedroom with a large double bed of 160\*200 (King Size) also overlooking a veranda. \- a 3rd bedroom with two single beds of 90x200 (Single) overlooking a courtyard. \- a bathroom with bath equipped with a washing machine, the toilets are separated. Storage is available in each room. And finally a large veranda is accessible from the living room and two bedrooms for lunches in the sun. You take the keys and the apartment is entirely at your disposal, no room or closet closed, no cohabitation, you are at home! The residence has a lift. Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake). The apartment is located on a pedestrian street. To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety. Breakfast delivery possible from € 9,90 / person/ day. Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. Well renovated and modernly furnished with high grade appliances. With an enclosed full length balcony accessible from the the living dining area and from two of the bedrooms, the rooms are well heated and ventilated.
