Completely renovated to modern taste, this apartment is composed of a large bedroom with a double bed 160x200 cm (King Size) and a large wardrobe. It is located in the elevated ground floor. The living room opens onto the terrace equipped with a large dining table and a garden furniture. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. Linen will be provided for your stay. (sheets & towels) Wifi Broadband available at the apartment. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety. The apartment is located on Avenue de Loverchy, a busy avenue during the day, but its location makes it easy to get around on foot throughout your stay. Many restaurants and shops can be reached on foot; you can move on foot throughout your stay. Bike rental nearby (a beautiful bike path runs around the lake) Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life. Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps". Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. Les plus: Le centre de la vieille ville est tout proche, c'est très pratique. L'appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© et dĂ©corĂ© avec gout. Sel, poivre, huile, sopalin, liquide vaisselle, Ă©ponge, torchon, produit lessive Ă©taient dĂ©jĂ  dans la cuisine. Au parking collectif, nous avons toujours trouvĂ© une place. Les moins: dans la chambre on entant la TV du voisin et dans le salon le petit voisin doit ĂŞtre footballeur. Oct 6, 2021 #### Great stay at Annecy We have rented the apartment for 8 nights in September/October. The apartment is sparkling clean, very modern and quiet. The bed and pillows are fantastic. It is in a typical apartment building with gated parking. The conciergerie was very responsive to our questions. A caretaker met us for checkin and checkout at the apartment. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the old town. An Intermarche is basically behind the building. The closest boulangerie is a 5 minute walk toward the old town.
