Découvrez le centre-ville et son marché animé, ses rues pavées et les magnifiques canaux de "La Petite Venise des Alpes".  
Cet appartement moderne et chaleureux peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes.  
  
Les 2 chambres disposent de l'une d'un lit King Size (160x200) et l'autre de deux simples superposés.  
Un salon lumineux avec une banquette lit  
L'appartement est équipé d'une TV, du wifi, et de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour tels qu'une machine à café Nespresso, un appareil à raclette...  
La salle d’eau est équipée d’une douche et des WC sont séparés.  
  
Le linge de maison sera fourni pour votre séjour, draps, serviettes et torchon de cuisine.  
  
Nombreux restaurants et commerces accessibles à pied ; vous pourrez vous déplacer sans voiture durant tout votre séjour.  
Le lac est à 5 min à pied. Location de vélos à proximité (une superbe piste cyclable fait tout le tour du lac).  
  
🅿️ L’appartement se situe dans une rue piétonne. Le stationnement est possible aux parkings souterrains Bonlieu (forfait pour les courts séjours).

Annecy, chef-lieu de la Haute-Savoie, nichée au bord de son lac dans un écrin de montagnes, est connue pour la qualité de son environnement et sa qualité de vie.  
Bénéficiant d'un site remarquable en aval du lac, la ville a su entretenir son patrimoine architectural et historique.  
  
⏰ Les arrivées sont possibles tous les jours à partir de 16h jusqu'à 21h.

#### Appartement 4 rue du Pâquier Annecy

Très bel et vaste appartement, très bien situé à proximité du lac et du vieil Annecy. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé avec 2 grandes chambres confortables. un grand séjour avec parquet ancien qui donne un vrai cachet au logement. Le parking Bonlieu est à 2 pas donc bien pour le véhicule. Je recommande vivement !
