### Appartement l'Opale - T2 48sqm with parking 300m from Lake Annecy

Beautiful T2 in a luxury residence of 2013 located 300 meters from the lake and 10 minutes walk from the city center.   
The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people, on the 4th floor with elevator.  
  
Fully equipped, the apartment has a large south-facing terrace and garage. Close to the district of Albigny and all shops.  
Parking included, bike storage and WiFi internet access.  
  
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.  
  
🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery possible from €9.90 / person/ day.   
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.  
  
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay.  
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake)  
  
Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.  
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".  
  
Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.  
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.  
  
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.  
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

J'ai eu un contact agréable avec la personne qui nous a remis la clé et nous a fait visiter l'appartement, ainsi qu'avec la personne de contact de l'administration, qui a répondu rapidement et promptement à toutes les questions concernant la réservation et la facture. Je recommanderais sans hésiter de réserver directement par l'intermédiaire de la conciergerie du lac !
