This is a historic home built by Eleanor Hepburn, the cousin of actress Katharine Hepburn. Look out for the "EH" on the door. It has been newly renovated from top to bottom and has everything you need for a short- or long-term stay! One-bedroom ground-floor apartment with a comfortable full bed, a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room, in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. All rooms include darkening shades. This apartment is completely private and has its own entrance. Limited street parking permits are available on request. Jun 10, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It's not large but Oby and Andrew put a lot of thought into making this a comfortable destination for our weekend getaway. Best part was we parked the car when we arrived and did not move it again until we departed.
