Perfect home for Commissioning Week!! Nestled on a tree studded site, this wonderful home is perfect for your Graduation Week celebration. Enjoy your celebration by the pool, with ample space to play, or on the air conditioned sun porch. This home sleeps 10 comfortably, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, family room with fireplace, rec room with a big screen TV and comfortable seating, and hardwood floors throughout. Easy access to Rt 50 and Rt 97. Five miles to the Naval Academy, one and a half miles to shopping and the water.

Please note, this is an owner occupied home outside of rentals. We ask that you respect any closets/areas of the home that are identified as �Private � Owner Closet, etc.� Additionally, the owner does have a dog. This should be considered for anyone with allergies. They will consider guests bringing their dog (one) on a case-by-case basis.
