Off street parking w/ short walk to Academy/Stadium Enjoy the close proximity to all Annapolis has to offer at this row house located next to college creek. Nicely decorated and cozy! There is a queen bed in each room as well as a sofa which folds into an additional queen bed. The yard offers seating and a charcoal grill and there's a balcony off the bedroom for private outdoor enjoyment. Home is equipped for cooking and hanging out if you prefer to stay home. But if you are out on the town enjoy the ease of only a 10 minute walk to West Street where you will find great restaurants and church circle. Only 20 minute walk to the naval academy and downtown so we park the car in the house's own parking in the rear off the street. No need to fuss with parking downtown! The host was awesome and communication was outstanding. However, the location isn't in the best neighborhood, FYI. It was in a convenient location near downtown & near the events we were attending. Check-in/out process was easy & the property had everything we needed for our stay (cleaning supplies, paper products, coffee). We would have liked to utilize the patio and sit outside, but the backyard is so overgrown and fairly junky so we ended up staying inside. The parking situation is also not great. We had to squeeze through abandoned vehicles & fences behind the house to park our car. Larger vehicles would not fit. We stayed 2 nights, and the first morning we woke up to find all of our cash missing from our wallets that were left downstairs. All of the doors were fully locked when we went to sleep. The second night we used dining chairs to block the doors as well, and again found cash missing in the morning.
