The home itself is gorgeous. Modern style, wonderful layout with multi floor living including a hot tub on the roof to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Clean and very comfortable. The location is in my opinion the best on the island. Walk across the street for the beach on the bay side and just a short walk to shops and restaurants. You can also walk to the other side of the island for the crystal clear waters of the gulf side. We found ourselves going to the beach, then coming in for lunch and enjoying the pool. It is on a main road, but most of the time those driving by are slowing down to look at the house. It's that beautiful!
