This professionally decorated beach house is sure to create a fun space for the entire family! The home includes 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Everyone will have all the privacy they need with a private ensuite bathroom attached to each bedroom. The spacious, open concept kitchen, dining, and living area provide the perfect space for playing games, enjoying a group dinner, or relaxing and watching a movie! The large kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances and everything you need to cook meals at home. A large balcony is situated off of the living room creating the perfect space to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The Funky Beach Farmhouse has a colorful bar downstairs right off the pool area. Open up the sliding doors to create the perfect indoor/outdoor space. The pool receives plenty of sunlight throughout the day to ensure you return home with a beautiful Florida glow! The elevator creates easy access to all levels of the house! The quick 1 minute walk to the beach makes for easy to stop back home for a quick lunch before returning back to the white fluffy sand and crystal clear water! Pine Avenue is a short walk or quick bike ride away. Here you can enjoy shopping at the cute boutiques or find a great place to get a bite to eat! Easily snag a ride on the FREE Anna Maria Island trolley with a convenient stop located at the Anna Maria City Pier! \*Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.
