They supplied a cooler and offered to reimburse our ice purchases. I had to reach out to them on my own to see when the refrigerator would be repaired, hoping it would be the same day, turns out the fridge was broken the whole entire time. So by day two, I had a giant cooler full of water and no fridge to properly store our food. A cooler is fine for drinks but not a safe way to store food. This caused our family significant expenses in both time and money because we had to dine out for every meal. I asked to be compensated, the most the property owner would do was refund one night stay.
