With counter seating at the center island for five and a dining table for eight, everyone will have a place to dine. Patio doors on each side of the home provide natural light throughout the home with access to the outdoor spaces. The master bedroom features a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and access to the backyard and pool through patio doors. Two of the additional guestrooms also have king sized beds and one has an ensuite bathroom. The kids in the family will love the bunk rooms, one with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds and the other with a set of full over queen bunk beds. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer. Step outside and take in one of the largest backyards in Anna Maria! We loved the single story and not having to go down steps to the pool. The backyard is great. My grand boys loved playing ping pong, pool, and bags. The bedroom layouts were great for a family of eight. It took a while to get use to the induction stove/ oven. The fry pan has lost its coating so it was a challenge not to burn food even at a low heat. There is also a loose paver brick under the tiki outside that someone could trip and injure themselves. We spent most of our time outside in the amazing outdoor space! There’s sun, shade, mature trees, pool, canal, entertainment area ect. Beach is close and easy to get around the island. It was big enough to accommodate our party of 12, with lots to do for everyone. Our vacation was great, and the rental played a big part of that. ##### Larry S. This home is amazing with a great open layout, lots of windows for natural light, lots of doors for access to the front and back of the home, comfortable beds, good amount of towels, plenty of fridge space with two fridges, a commercial ice maker in the fridge, beach chairs/cart, and an AMESOME backyard setup! We didn’t even go to the beach the first two days because the kids were having so much fun in the pool and backyard spaces. Location of the home is great and just a very short walk to the beach and the restaurants/shops on Pine Ave. Only things I would change are that every exterior door (and there are many) has a child security alarm that can become quit cumbersome to manage when you have many people going in an out and you only get the standard one roll or toilet paper/paper towels and small dish soap amenities which is pretty basic when paying these prices for a rental. Both of these are pretty standard for Florida rentals but I’ve stayed in homes on Anna Maria that didn’t have the alarms and had more basic ammenities when paying the higher nightly rates for a home this large/ group size. The house is beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room and lots of things you would need that you don't have to bother packing or buying. The backyard is a dream for entertaining kids and adults. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great when we went and the pool wasn't heated high enough so we didn't get to go in the week we were there but still had plenty to do. Had lots of luck fishing on the canal. Super fun place!! ##### Ashley C.
