Welcome to Nautical Sunrise. Escape to a beautiful 4-bedroom house in Anna Maria for a wonderful getaway. Relax in a backyard paradise with modern heated/cooling pool, spa, putting green, outdoor kitchen, and spacious sun deck on a canal with 160 feet of water frontage and docking space for boats. Nautical Sunrise has a lovely and prime location which sits on a canal.   
  
Have a seat on one of the many verandahs and enjoy the sparkling water views. The main living area is on the second floor and provides outstanding views from the kitchen, dining room and living room. Step outside onto the balcony and enjoy a cocktail or seating area overlooking the pool and canal. The dock is available for fishing and accessing the canal. Have a seat on the bench and watch for the wildlife including all varieties of sea birds and possibly a manatee or dolphin!  
  
The garage has been converted to a playroom with a ping-pong table , TV, and an air conditioner to cool the room. There are also 4 kayaks/paddleboards available for guests. The property feels abet private since the lot directly across is empty and full of mangroves. The view to the east is of Bimini Bay.
