Small things that brought it down a little; something I found at our arrival that made me wonder about the cleanliness (everything else was clean, so maybe just one miss), and also there is a certain smell in the house (damp, moldy), but it is in a coastal setting, so that may be expected (??). There were plenty of linens. There was plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen. A/C worked well. The pool heater was broke, and it did take a few days for it to get fixed, but the rental agents kept us informed and kept in contact with us. They also gave us a partial refund due to the inconvenience. The only downside was that there were no beach chairs or beach umbrella. Because of this, we went and purchased an umbrella and two chairs. We left our chairs and umbrella behind, so hopefully others will have them to use for a while. I would stay at this home again.
