Very conveniently located to restaurants and Pine St. We walked everywhere. When we wanted to go a little farther we jumped on the trolley which the stop was on the next block. The place smells a bit but nothing you can’t get used to. The house was stocked with everything we needed. It did lack some beach toys so we did leave a few boards and nets for the next guests to enjoy. Overall it was a nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood which we loved. The pool heater was broke, and it did take a few days for it to get fixed, but the rental agents kept us informed and kept in contact with us. They also gave us a partial refund due to the inconvenience. The only downside was that there were no beach chairs or beach umbrella. Because of this, we went and purchased an umbrella and two chairs. We left our chairs and umbrella behind, so hopefully others will have them to use for a while. I would stay at this home again. The house is updated, nice bedrooms (one is very small, but adequate) and kitchen, and nice backyard and screened porch. The pool was absolutely wonderful, and the location is super! Two minutes to the beach, and a few minutes walking to shops and restaurants makes this location great! Small things that brought it down a little; something I found at our arrival that made me wonder about the cleanliness (everything else was clean, so maybe just one miss), and also there is a certain smell in the house (damp, moldy), but it is in a coastal setting, so that may be expected (??).
