We absolutely loved staying here. The location is perfect. The prooerty management is very attentive to your needs as a guest. This unit has everything that a family needs to enjoy AMI the right way. Staying on AMI doesn't have to break the bank! You can stay close to everything on the north side of the island, have everything you need (including space), and be 2 blocks from the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach and to Pine Ave and even to the Anna Maria City Pier, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The Unit was as described, clean and safe. ##### Diane D. The management company is horrible with customer service. There were no trash cans upon arrival, the yard was not cleaned, garbage and recycling were not picked up. There was noHot water at the kitchen sink and no dishwasher. This was a health issue. The furniture was cheap. Put together furniture with the numbers and letters still on. ##### Ann C.
