This dog-friendly suite is located just one block from the Bimini Bay inlets and is only a five-minute walk from beach access, so it's the ideal place to spend a sunny vacation with friends and family! The living space is filled with bright, beachy décor, lots of comfortable furniture, and plenty of natural light throughout. The living room features a mounted flatscreen TV and a small, private library next to the kitchen's breakfast bar, which doubles as a small workspace, just the right size for laptop users. The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time.

The living room also includes access to the private lanai furnished with plenty of comfy seating, the ideal place to entertain guests with refreshing cocktails. The full kitchen will make every meal a joy to prepare, with stainless steel appliances that include a french-door refrigerator, ample counter space, and attractive wood cabinetry and accents. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have two well-appointed and uniquely-decorated bedrooms to take advantage of, one with both patio and lanai access on opposite ends and a mounted flatscreen TV, the second with an en-suite bath.

Off the suite, you'll find an outdoor dining space with the nearby tennis court just beyond. When you're not splashing around down at the beach, use one of the home's two gas grills to host a delightful family barbecue while the kids romp around the yard with the family dogs. This suite offers numerous accessibility-friendly amenities such as step-free access, a flat path to the front door, and wide doorways, so every family member can enjoy their stay comfortably. The central AC will ensure everyone is nice and cool after a day of inlet-sightseeing or beach activities and the backyard's private washer/dryer will take care of your laundry.

You'll have beach access just a short walk away and this home provides beach towels and an umbrella, so be sure to pack extra sunscreen because you're about to have a vacation loaded with sun and sand! This is a great location with easy walking distance to the local shops and dining as well as the fishing pier. Anna Maria Island is less than three miles south with galleries, beautiful beaches, shopping, and delicious food to explore.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall our stay was very nice - three adult women in our group. The home is in a great location and walkable to shops, dining, and both the bay and the gulf. The inside was clean and ample towels provided. There are some quirky things in the home, but none that diminished our stay. Since only one bathroom, we would have liked mirrors and outlets in the bedrooms for doing hair and makeup when someone was in the bathroom. The screened porch was nice at night, but quite dirty. Door frames of the sliding door have not been cleaned, and the furniture was very dusty. We found a box fan in a bedroom closet that made sitting on the porch nicer - even with the lack of cleanliness. The outdoor furniture in the back was new but also dirty. The countertop ice maker was a nice feature and we took advantage of that often. The king bedroom stayed quite warm even with the blackout curtains closed and the AC mid 70s. We closed the other vents in the living room and kitchen to force air into that room and it was cool enough for us at night. We spent most of our time outside the home so none of these things diminished our overall stay. I rented through VRBO, and sent a few questions through the VRBO app about early check in , but did not receive timely responses.

We loved the location. We could walk to most places. The parking was also a plus, having 1 in the front and 1 in the back. It was cute and quiet. If you plan on using both bedrooms, be prepared to share the bathroom. The bathroom is in the second bedroom with only one access. They may want to get rid of the artificial fireplace and put a door to access the bathroom. I appreciated having beach towels, extra toilet paper, plenty of towels and a hair dryer. The cleaners could clean up the patio a bit, but we didn't use it. I would come back.

Would stay again! The place was clean and nice. I just think it needs a little updating. Our slat curtains in the bedroom were broken and people could see in. Didn't like that but all in all a great place.

Loved the location was walking distance to restaurants, bars and beaches. Clean rental, great location, could use some updates. Furniture and beds were not comfortable. Maybe I misread it, but the only bathroom for the two-bedroom unit is thru the smaller bedroom. Very inconvenient to go thru other person bedroom in middle of the night to use restroom.

This cottage was well done. The furniture was comfortable and the location was great! Loved the screened in porch. The kitchen was very basic. It would have been nice to have coffee/filters provided at minimum. Otherwise, we had everything that we needed, including plenty of towels and toilet paper!

This was just a perfect Florida themed place for us to unwind and relax. It’s a short. Walk to the beach and places to shop and eat. I especially loved the screened in porch!

We found this property to be very clean and on a quiet street. It's on the north end of the island which is nice except... Parking to get to a beach is not very convenient. The beach access is a 1/2 mile walk. If you have any type of health issues (esp orthopedic) this may not be the best for you. If you get to the beach access very early in the morning, you are golden to get a parking spot on the street of beach access. There's only one bathroom and you have to go through the second bedroom to get to it. If you have to get up during the night, consider this if you have more than 2 people in your party and are using the second bedroom. It really was a quiet street and nice little cottage other than those couple of things. We ended our stay and wanted to stay a couple of extra nights so we went to the south part of the island and checked in across the street from the beach making it more comfortable for me, beings I have hip and knee issues.

The location was perfect and the size of the place worked so well for us. The kitchen was so well stocked compared to other vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. There are also so many amenities to use! Be sure to check the laundry room! The only downside is that the walls are paper thin and we could hear the people in unit B like they were next to us.

The whole experience was great. We loved the location, good access to the beach, food and the enclosed deck was amazing in the evening. The shampoo/conditioner/lotion stated on the sight was not in fact provided. But aside from having to purchase those, everything was there at the location for us. We’d stay again!

A/C not working upon arrival. Someone had taken batteries out of thermostat. Very hot. Owner has wrong numbers written down for contacts. New management is vacasa. I constantly had to contact them to have someone look at unit. Joe from vacasa came first night but couldn't fix it. Next day I had to again contact vacasa several times. Josh from West Coast arrived next day in afternoon. Air filter was nasty and he found several other problems with unit. He did an awesome job. VACASA is terrible with their lack of communication. The garage of the house has been converted into a small apartment. Renters were very nice. Back yard is not enclosed. Had a good time despite original problems.
