The bed was comfortable and it has enough beds for a family with 1-2 kids or a dog. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cooking implements. Coffee maker, filters, toaster, and extra towels for the beach. There are two outside doors, one with a cart and chair for the beach, another with a laundry room. We had an outdoor shower to wash the sand off, and a screened porch which helps for drying beach accessories. We appreciated the keyless entry.OUTSIDE: It is just two blocks from the Anna Maria beach. It is also two blocks from an \*incredibly\* good sushi restaurant ("Sushi Ramen Anna Maria"). The area is very quiet and peaceful. There is a small neighborhood bar on the corner, and we couldn't hear any noise from it at all. I grew up visiting this beach since infancy, and I brought my husband so he could see how beautiful it is.
