Situated on a quiet corner lot on the north end of Anna Maria, this elevated home offers a short walk to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria, a heated saltwater pool, multiple spaces for outdoor living and coastal Florida charm with all of the comforts of home. When you enter, you will be greeted by coastal vibes with the open concept living area and vaulted white plank ceilings. The living room flows into the beautifully updated kitchen with shaker cabinets and sparkling quartz countertops. The large kitchen island will allow guests to interact while meals are prepared. Enjoy your meals in the dining room which offers a large table for six. Don’t forget to chill your favorite bottle of wine in the wine fridge to enjoy while you soak in the famous Anna Maria sunsets. Endless conversation awaits on the screened lanai that is connected to the living areas by glass sliding doors. From here, you can access the pool area via a spiral staircase. The private yard is shaded by mature palms that surround a heated saltwater pool. The pool has a ledge water feature and seating shelf with bubble jets. After a dip in the pool, lounge chairs offer the perfect place to work on your tan. The pool area is accompanied by a table for dining, comfy outdoor couches and a TV. A gas grill is provided downstairs as well. The oversized primary suite boasts a king bed and an attached en suite bath with a walk-in shower and granite counter tops. A private balcony is off of the primary suite and is the perfect spot for your morning coffee. The first guest room also boasts a king bed and the second guest room has two twin beds. In the hallway between the guest bedrooms is a guest bath with a walk-in shower. A full-sized washer and dryer are located in the primary suite closet. When it is time to put your toes in the sand, the garage houses a beach cart, beach tent and beach chairs. There is an outdoor shower to rinse when you are done. You are just a few steps from the beach, so grab your flip flops and head to Coral Cove for a vacation to remember! We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you! We strongly encourage trip insurance to protect your vacation investment. The home is provided with professionally laundered linens each for stay, including fresh bed coverlets/quilts and beach towels. We partner with locally owned and operated Goose and Gander Boutique Property Management & Guest Care to provide the highest quality guest experience. Cameras are located on the drive and main entrance. All areas under surveillance are exposed to the street with no expectation of privacy. Renter must be 25 years of age. Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. There was ample space, comfortable beds, and a kitchen that had everything you need to prepare meals. It was close to the beach and the outdoor space and pool was perfect. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The owners made it feel like home with all of the extras like soft blankets and plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. Everything was just awesome—the pool, the 5 minute walk to the beach, the screened-in porch, the grill and the extra items to take to the beach. We hope to come back again sometime! ##### Kelly M. As first timers on Anna Maria Island, we didn’t know what to expect and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is in a very quiet location on the North End of AMI, with a quick walk to the beach or to the shops and restaurants on Pine Street. We have rented through VRBO many times and have never rented such a well stocked home, ranging from kitchen items, to games, to everything you’d need for a day at the beach. The house was clean and well kept and the outdoor space and pool area was perfect. We didn’t have to reach out to the property managers while on the island, but they provided us with lots of very useful information before we arrived! This house was the total package and we hope to be back again soon! ##### Jamie L. The property managers helped with all of our questions and we had a small issue upon arrival and it was handled in a very timely manner. The house was well stocked and had a beautiful outdoor pool perfect for kids (not too big and not too deep). They had everything needed for a trip to the beach and a pack and play for our baby to sleep in- all clean. The beach wasn’t too far of a walk for us (except for the 3 year old of course lol) Beds were all comfortable, the kids slept better in the beds here than at home. We tried Target delivery but it kept getting pushed out since Shipt people didn’t want to do that drive, but the managers actually suggested other stores for delivery that worked well. The furnishings are lovely and updated. The family room, large screened porch and outdoor pool patio gave us plenty of options for watching movies together in the evening, or reading books. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking with the whole family, and the beds are comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. We traveled with 4 adults and children aged 6 and 1\. The home is safe for a toddler and a very short walk to the beach. The pool is small but is perfect for small children. Everything is in good condition and comfortable. The host is responsive and friendly in all communications. Highly recommend this lovely home. ##### Kerry D.
