We enjoyed the downstairs outdoor area. It provided a great location for the kids to hang out and plenty of outdoor activities to keep the whole family entertained. We enjoyed the proximity to Pine, where all of the shops and restaurants are located. The walk to the beach was a little far, but it was not a big deal for us as we enjoyed walking. Everyone loved the home! It was clean, had spacious bedrooms, in close proximity to all shops, restaurants and beaches, and it equipped with all the essentials. We had everything we needed for our beach and pool time as well - beach chairs, floats, umbrellas, and a cooler. The outside patio was the perfect retreat after the beach. We had a issue with the AC when we arrived and the property manager had it fixed within 24 hrs of our stay. Other than that, our stay was perfect. The house is beautiful but our favorite part was the outdoor hangout with the pool, bar, and TV. There were days that we barely left the house and just hung out by the pool all day. We also loved the location. Just a few minute walk from the pier and local ice cream/coffee shops. Pine street has a lot of great spots and is also walking distance. Kitchen appliances and gadgets were high quality. House was very clean and tastefully decorated, not overboard Florida. Pool was awesome and is serviced professionally twice a week. Spa heater wasn’t working when we arrived. Had to wait for a new compressor and heater unit to be delivered. It arrived and was installed several days after we arrived. House is on a small lot and was very peaceful. Beach Retreats, the company that manages the property, was very attentive and responded quickly to a few minor issues upon arrival. ##### William K.
