The dock did not have a ladder and would have been very difficult to use. - Broken chair on rooftop deck. - No bluetooth speaker/stereo/radio in the house. - Other than the rooftop, the house windows and two small decks have little to no view.We had a nice stay, but felt the house was a little over sold and needs some attention. Kitchen is well equipped, as well as everything you need for beach and pool. The loungers and couches downstairs were perfect for lounging during the afternoon rain and the outside beverage fridges kept drinks close by. Beds were comfy with great decor in the bedrooms, plus tons of TVs. Don’t miss the rooftop deck at sunrise. ##### Samantha H. Everyone loved the home! It was clean, had spacious bedrooms, in close proximity to all shops, restaurants and beaches, and it equipped with all the essentials. We had everything we needed for our beach and pool time as well - beach chairs, floats, umbrellas, and a cooler. The outside patio was the perfect retreat after the beach. We had a issue with the AC when we arrived and the property manager had it fixed within 24 hrs of our stay. Other than that, our stay was perfect. I’d highly recommend Casa Amiga and we all agreed we’d stay there again. We loved everything about the house and Anna Maria!! ##### Hope T. The house is beautiful but our favorite part was the outdoor hangout with the pool, bar, and TV. There were days that we barely left the house and just hung out by the pool all day. We also loved the location. Just a few minute walk from the pier and local ice cream/coffee shops. Pine street has a lot of great spots and is also walking distance.
