The best part about it was the location, I couldn’t t have asked for a better time spent for my sisters birthday. The condo had everything we needed along with a booklet of answers to any questions. It’s such a beautiful place and extremely well kept. If you are sensitive to noise keep in mind it does travel easily from upstairs. We personally don’t care and had a great time anyway. Great layout and fantastic location. The parking is also convenient. We had a wonderful stay and the management company was very easy to communicate with. The only issues that may be helpful for future guests were that footsteps and general noise from the guests in the second floor rental can be heard in this unit. We also found the king size bed in this unit quite noisy and not very comfortable. Fortunately, the positives outweigh the two negatives so we would definitely stay here again ##### Cassidy T. Property was close to the beach, spacious and clean. We used the kitchen multiple times for breakfast lunch and dinner. We walk to ice cream every night and the shops on Pine Avenue. Even with the shared pool we pretty much had it to ourselves the entire time. Only drawback to the property would be the sound of people walking upstairs and early morning deliveries across the street for the restaurant.
