Be sure to pack your mini drink umbrellas because you'll will have a tropical drink in hand, and soak up the Anna Maria sunshine! Your outdoor amenities are rounded out with a big grill cooking with gas. There's also a drink cooler, a firepit surrounded by patio chairs, an outdoor shower, and a screened porch with flat panel TV. Rent the other side of this duplex with the pool with heating and cooling capabilities to accommodate up to 8 people under one roof! Call for occupancy details. Beach N Bay 204 has two parking spots reserved for guests. Beach N Bay 204 allows dogs up to 50 lbs. The non-refundable pet fee is $150.00 per pet and will be charged for each week.
