Located right across the street from the beach and the bay shore, this property has a full kitchen, a game table for fun-filled nights at home, and a fabulous view of the bay and its turquoise waters. Guests will also have access to a shared heated pool. This condo sits less than two blocks from Pine Avenue and its many attractions, providing guests with easy access to some of the island's best dining and shopping. You'll be across the street from a short, sandy path to the beach, and a quarter-mile down the road from Bayfront Park's picnic areas, sandy beaches, and great fishing opportunities. The famous beaches of Bean Point are also within your reach, just one mile up island. THINGS TO KNOW A double sofa bed is in the living area. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The property is so beachy and very cute. The beds were very comfortable as is all the furniture. Gorgeous view of the water and it was just so so beautiful. The wi-fi was a little slow, but really not a big deal because we were too busy enjoying the beautiful views and all that Anna Maria Island has to offer. We had a wonderful stay! The location cannot be beat. The north end of Anna Maria is less busy and more relaxed. The place is walking distance to everything you will want to see. Two scoops ice cream and the waterfront restaurant are both half a black away and are great. We rented a golf cart and that was super fun. Don’t miss the Sandbar restaurant. The place was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Only two rolls of tap were provided so you may need to get some more if staying for more than 2-3 day. With our two kids 18 and 20 the condo looked ideal and it certainly lived up to expectations. The location is beautiful, just off the City Pier and with ‘2 Scoops’ two minutes walk away. The condo is beautifully presented, with modern appliances and the living area is huge - I could happily sit and watch the view all day and there’s an ample living area including a tv space. The outdoor pool area is really nice and you can walk over the road onto the beach. We were fortunate that the owner happened to be on-site and he couldn’t have been more helpful and was really friendly. We had such a relaxing stay and would highly recommend the condo, we’d love to stay there again. ##### Mark W. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. When at the beach there’s just no better view. We watched dolphins play in the bay - waves and wind over the beautiful blue water… The unit was more spacious than we thought! Bed was super soft. Everything seemed mostly clean and nice. Laundry is shared downstairs between 4 units. Pool is nice for jumping in and quick dip. It’s close to everything including Waterfront restaurant, Cool Beans Coffee and Two Scoops Ice cream. We rented cruiser bikes just up the street at Beach Bums for only $14/day. If you get tired of the bay, walk half a mile to the ocean on the other side of North End! There was an ice chest and some beach chairs in laundry area for use. Our only complaint is that the kitchen was very lacking on some cookware and things like oven mitt, extra kitchen hand towels, etc. property mgmt company only offers two of basics- make sure you know what you need as you will likely have to buy it!
