With unobstructed views of the Tampa Bay and Sunshine Skyway Bridge. This property offers the perfect location with Beach Access directly across from the house as well as the Bayfront park giving you tons of things to do just outside the front door! If you'd like to explore further, ride a bike around the city of Anna Maria, or hop on the free trolley, just a block away, and head south into the city of Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. The trolley takes you almost the entire length of the island, so you never have to stress about driving, parking, or traffic. When walking into the property you instantly notice the open floor plan and all the natural light beaming from the wall of windows facing the water. The living room has a large sectional sofa as well as a 65 in smart tv perfect for streaming your favorite tv shows when relaxing in the house. The modern kitchen has plenty of counter space for more than one chef and everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The all-new stainless-steel appliances make cooking a breeze and use the wine cooler to keep your favorite beverage cold! Dining in— the dining room table has seating for 6 with additional seating around the bar area. This area also has a half bath. Just off the kitchen outside you will find the recently added pool with two additional seating areas under a covered porch offering pleasant shade and an additional location to enjoy meals. The outside area also offers a putting green a large flat screen tv as well as a wet bar. An outdoor shower is also located outside perfect for rinsing off when coming home from a long day at the beach before jumping in the pool! Heading to the second level you have a split floor plan with the master suite to the right and three additional bedrooms and a bathroom to the left. The master suite offers a King size bed along with a 55 in smart Tv. Additional seating offered for the perfect place to read a book or "Bay Dream" out the window while watching the water. The ensuite offers a double vanity sinks a stunning walk-in shower and a standalone tub. Heading to the main area upstairs the family room offers comfortable seating options and a 55 in Smart Tv. It's the perfect place for the kids to hang out while the adults are enjoying the front porch that overlooks the Bay. This area also offers three separate bedrooms, two with Queen size beds, and the third room has a set of bunk beds. A two shared bathrooms are located in this section as well. Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The Master Bedroom offers a King size bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 offer a Queen size bed and the third bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. Additional sleeping is also available on the sleeper sofa in the upstairs main area. Our issue happened when we checked out and accidentally left our jacket on the hall coat rack. We immediately texted the property manager and got no response. This was at 5am. When we finally heard back 48 hours later they said they didn't see it. Completely unacceptable to not check the property when they arrived in the office at 8am. AnchorDown management was very responsive. Two couples. We Ubered from the airport and had them drop 2 of us off at Beach Bums where we rented a golf cart for the week. Beach Bums is 2 minutes from the house. We also rented 4 beach chairs for the week. (There was some beach items in the garage as well). The beach on the bay side (which is what you see out the front door) is not great and was much more windy than the gulf side. We drove the golf cart over to the gulf side (<5 min), found a place to park and spent the day at the beach. Parking is somewhat limited albeit we had no trouble finding a spot. (Not sure if finding a spot during the busy season would be an issue or not). We were 1/4 mile north of the Sandbar restaurant which sits on the beach. After each couple of hours on the beach we would walk down the beach to the Sandbar for a beverage, lunch and/or dinner (as well as use their facilities) depending on our schedule. The sunsets were spectacular. We had great meals at the Waterfront, The Ugly Grouper, The Sandbar and Harry’’s. Fresh donuts from the Donut Experiment……all very close to the house. Pickleball and tennis courts a 10 minute cart ride as well. ##### Carl H. We enjoyed all the house had to offer. Movie nights and music videos by the pool were amazing family fun!! Enjoyed walking to the bay for sunrise in our pjs and chilling at the gulf beach until sunset. Stops by the pier for to go dinner on our way back to the house.
