Kitchen has everything you need. Outside…oh my gosh. Pool (with seating and a table in the pool!), hot tub, LOTS of seating, outside dining area. Lots of shade and privacy from neighbors. Short walk to beach. From the moment we walked in the front door, we knew this was going to be a great stay, and it was!! I think this was our favorite vacation rental ever. The house is perfectly located close to town but far enough away as well. AGents were very responsive about pool which had some debris and quickly arrangned for it to be cleaned. There are beach and pool toys in the shed. My only very minor complaint would be that there is no tupperware for packing beach sandwiches, pans for baking and a fan in kitchen.
