Guests will have 3 tandem parking spots on the driveway. Built in the 1950's this quaint older recently renovated 2- Story brick townhouse is extraordinarily comfortable and cozy! Hardwood flooring throughout with beautiful area rugs. Hall closet is equipped with hangers, iron, ironing board, clothes steamer, board games, umbrella, flashlights, step stool, pack and play. Spacious family room with coved ceilings, could also double as an additional bedroom with an ultra-comfortable extra-large leather sectional couch, that could easily sleep two, or a Queen Areo-bed, sleeps 6, comfortably. Family room also features a 50" LED, Samsung Smart Television with remote controls, At & t high speed internet and a Fire Stick for all of your streaming devices. Quiet street, near the Big House, close to Drip House, and convenient to shopping and the main campus. The house was very clean.
