"We had made the reservation through Expedia last minute, a little bit before midnight, and because of that, when we tried checking in an hour later, it had not yet appeared in the hotel system. We were tired and grumpy after a long day of travel. The clerk was very kind and accommodating while we tried to figure out how to get checked in. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait too long. The hotel is nice and is in a quiet area. Our room was fine but smelled a little mildewy, but otherwise no complaints. "

"Property was convenient to all things Ann Arbor. Facility was very clean with good amenities. Our biggest complaint was the rooms did not have any USB plugs to charge phones overnight and we did not bring a brick with us. "
