Property was convenient to all things Ann Arbor. Facility was very clean with good amenities. Our biggest complaint was the rooms did not have any USB plugs to charge phones overnight and we did not bring a brick with us.

Staff was very friendly and assisted with anything we needed. The kids liked the pool area with the part for smaller children to play in. Room was clean and comfortable.

Overall it was a very nice hotel. The pool was geared towards kids which was great seeing how I have 4 under 8, but did wish it had a hot tub as well. Water was alittle cold and the tile around the pool got very slippery. It also would have been really nice for the some of the breakfast options to have been included in stay but they had three options all which seemed alittle pricey with no discounted price for small kids. Overall we were happy with the stay.

The hotel itself was very nice, well kept and very clean. They had all the amenities you would need. The pool was very warm and kid friendly. The only problem we had, were the guests above us. They let their kids run up and down the hallway and in their room until 12am then again at 9am. We complained, but the staff didnt do anything about it. When we said something, they said they will get to it when they can and its because they have a lot of kids which is not a good excuse. Other than that we had a great stay and would recommend.

Great staycation
Excellent stay cation to use the kiddie pool and get away during kids Xmas break. Microwave and in room fridge appreciated for cost savings as breakfast was pricey. Pool was toddler and up to age 8 perfect. Not a pool for older kids or adults. Nice fitness center.

My stay was pleasant. Did not purchase the breakfast. WiFi was not very good in my 2nd floor room and took several tries to connect. Different employees all told me the WiFi was spotty in areas. One even suggested I call hotel tech support myself and when I did call the number provided, I was connected to Hilton internal system support which was of no help. So I gave up and tried again the next day and another employee ended up giving me a separate code which eventually worked. No one seemed very concerned or surprised.

Terrible Customer Service
I was terribly disappointed with my stay. It wasn't due to the hotel conditions or location, but due to the staff. We accidentally ordered a single king when we needed a double queen. I asked to switch rooms because the website showed availability. The receptionist told me that all the double queens were booked. She proceeds to be extremely condescending and rude stating that the website is wrong and that she is right. This forced me to attempt to book the double queen off the website. The booking went through, showing availability. When I presented my new booking, she proceeds to tell me that I booked the double queen "with the snacks." She never told me that there was a double queen available, but added "snacks." She simply stated very rudely that they are all out. This forced me to pay for 2 rooms instead of just switching and paying the difference. I'm very dissatisfied!

Huge rooms with huge bathrooms. Nice little outside area with fire pits burning on a cold night. We didn’t eat there, but they’ve got a bar and they also serve dinner and breakfast. Will be staying here when we return.
