Room was clean, beds comfortable, the website stated that breakfast started at 6 am and when we checked in they said it started at 7 am, my daughter had a swim meet that required her to be on deck at 7 am so she did not get to eat like we planned we had to drive around to find something at 6:30 am

Clean hotel lobby and room. Nice big screen TV turned on with my name showing when I first entered the room--nice touch! Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Excellent indoor pool. Good price. Very friendly staff.

A bit run down but bed was comfy
The place is a little run down. If you’re into good coffee…it’s not very good coffee. Tried the pool but it was WAY too cold to go in it. Slept comfortably. Would be nice to have a bedside table on each side of the bed (only had one).

While not 5 star, this is a nice hotel! Clean, comfy bed & linens - large fluffy towels! Breakfast was actually good and coffee is GREAT! Great staff but Xavier at the front desk is beyond wonderful; very professional yet super warm, friendly, welcoming and very helpful! This man knows customer service and knows how to multitask! Very much appreciated him and he's part of the reason we'll be back! We visit the area Ann Arbor often but this was our first stay at Fairfield.
