I wouldn't call it luxury. If you like to cook and stay in vs out for meals just know there is no cutting board and one knife. Also, the electric stove coils don't fit down into the drip pans easily. There was only one roll of toilet paper in which we needed to purchase our own. We had a debacle with he water heater in where we had hot water for one night of our stay. Host was responsive in getting it fixed. We asked for a 50% refund and between VRBO and the host we received a 35% refund. Overall wouldn't recommend a friend or family to stay here. ##### lisa g. The condo was in an odd location, but parking was easy. The shower was nice and big, good for someone in a wheelchair. The downsides was bedding that was not fresh looking. You can immediately tell that at some point this condo was completely lived in, due to cracks in the floor and the cabinets. It may have been cleaned but didn't really have a clean manicured look to it such as bedding was not nice and neat, the complimentary bathroom items were mismatch. It appeared to just be stuff left behind from other guest.Be aware there is only one tv at this property. Slightly off the beaten path, this condo was a great fit for our family!! The condo is located within a short (less than 10 minutes) drive to U of M, the children's hospital, shopping, parks, and lots of great eateries. The condo was stocked with Kuerig pods, tea, towels, paper towels, and tons of bathroom toiletries. If you have more than 4 guests, I recommend telling the host prior to arrival as we didn't have enough dinnerware to serve the 5 of us. We had good communication with the host during our stay as they were quick to respond. However, I did not receive the arrival email until 18 hours before arrival. We also had to ask for the wifi password as it was not included in the arrival email or printed on-site. Still, I would say overall communication was very good. When we walked into the bathroom it became apparent the air fresheners were intended to cover up the stench of cat urine. My son was playing with a ball that rolled under one of the beds and when he looked underneath to get it back out he said it was gross and full of hair. The water in the toilet was Cookie Monster blue and whoever dumped the blue cleaner in the toilet also let some splash up on the seat and left it that way. The blinds in the main living area were broken and 2 slats were leaned up against the wall. The building the unit was in looked like a run down office building, not a proper residential location, and didn’t feel safe. After spending hours in the parking lot on the phone with VRBO and the owner, with no genuine concern for the health and safety of my family having been expressed by either of them, my family gave up and went to stay at a nearby hotel. The experience was so bad that it makes me want to never book another property through VRBO again. In my opinion, VRBO’s book with confidence guaranty is worthless. ##### Kristie F. The apartment is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. It's in a weird location, tucked behind office buildings in a commercial area.
