« Suite à ma réservation pour faire une surprise à ma conjointe, j’ai eu la désagréable nouvelle de découvrir que le jacuzzi de la terrasse était vide. Nous avons essayé de communiquer pour arranger la situation avec la réception et d’obtenir un dédommagement, mais aucun geste de remboursement n’a été effectué de leur part. Aucune aide de expédia non plus. »

« six senses was an amazing experience for us! at check in, we were informed that we could be upgraded to a room with in room onsen, and the staff also arranged for us to stay with our friends in the same courtyard although we had separate bookings. the room and facilities overall were superb! onsen was so comfortable in the winter, and the room was very spacious. we had an issue with the heating and the staff were very on the ball- bringing us a portable heater while they tried to fix the...

"Suite à ma réservation pour faire une surprise à ma conjointe, j’ai eu la désagréable nouvelle de découvrir que le jacuzzi de la terrasse était vide. Nous avons essayé de communiquer pour arranger la situation avec la réception et d’obtenir un dédommagement, mais aucun geste de remboursement n’a été effectué de leur part. Aucune aide de expédia non plus."
