"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Alles was das Herz begehrt ist vorhanden. Es war jedoch eine falsche Adresse angegeben von FeWo. Des weitern haben wir ebenfalls Abreisedaten von MyUsedom erhalten. Die Anweisungen stimmten nicht überein und ebenfalls die Adressen nicht. Das war sehr verwirrend."

"Aufenthalt O. K. Wohnung ist zweckdienlich eingerichtet aber auch nicht mehr. Schöner Balkon neben Baumkronen. Wellnessbereich war gut, obwohl das Dampfbad größtenteils nicht in Betrieb war. Wegen der nahen Hauptstraße war der Verkehr gut vernehmbar. Wohnung im 3\. Stock und Fahrstuhl auf die letzten Tage ausgefallen. Mühselig mit dem Gepäck bei der Abreise. Alles in allem in dieser Konstellation nicht wieder. "

"I was travelling with friends who had another room but had the same experience. There was a problem with the aircon and our room temperature was 26c. I reported this to reception and the chap went to another room to remotely set the temperature for me. In the mean time he suggested opening our window until the temperature became acceptable. If there was a problem with the aircon then why weren’t we notified on checking in? And why didn’t they set the temperature beforehand to 21c instead of leaving it at 26c? My friends had a similar experience and we overheard someone else at reception having the same problem. Also, there was no water in the room. "

"I would recommend to request the 5th floor. There is a mini golf course directly in front of the hotel and the noise level is high into the night. The advertised pool was out of order, but we got a coupon for a nearby indoor pool. Unfortunately very crowded. If you want piece and quiet, look somewhere else. "
